Who is responsible
Olivaterra S.A., in Campo Grande de Acequión, San Juan, Argentina, is responsible for the data collected on this website. For any question about it, write to admin@olivaterra.com.ar.
What data we collect and why
When you send an inquiry through the form we receive your full name, your email, what you wrote to us and, if you filled them in, your company and your country. We use them only to answer you and, where it applies, to follow up on the business relationship you asked for.
The inquiry reaches us as an email to admin@olivaterra.com.ar. The website does not keep it in any database.
To stop abusive submissions, the server remembers for one hour the internet address each inquiry was sent from. Then it forgets it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or hand over your data. It is seen by the Olivaterra team that answers inquiries.
The website runs on Railway servers and email goes through our provider, DonWeb. Both process the data on our behalf, and the servers may be outside Argentina.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Cookies and visit statistics
This website does not use cookies or store anything in your browser.
We measure, in aggregate, how many people visit it, how long they stay, which country and province they visit from, where they come from (a search engine, another page or a direct link) and whether they use a phone or a computer. We also count how many inquiries are sent, how many clicks WhatsApp gets and how many times the video is opened. This data cannot be used to tell who you are. We use Umami for this.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, update or delete your data by writing to admin@olivaterra.com.ar.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in article 14, paragraph 3 of Argentine Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the rules on personal data protection.
Changes
If we change this policy, you will see it on this page, with its date.
